By accessing this website, purchasing a service, or subscribing to any WebTree Creative offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Contact & Communication
By submitting your information through our website (including forms, scheduling tools, checkout pages, or pop-ups), you consent to receive communications from WebTree Creative. These communications may include emails, phone calls, or SMS messages related to your inquiry, account, or services.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this site to engage in unlawful activity, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or interfere with the website’s operation.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and media, is the property of WebTree Creative and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content without written permission.
4. Website Subscriptions & Recurring Services
This section applies to all subscription-based services offered by WebTree Creative, including (but not limited to) website subscriptions, hosting, maintenance, and other recurring services.
Billing & Payments
• All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as stated at checkout.
• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize WebTree Creative to automatically charge your payment method for recurring fees.
• Subscription charges continue until the subscription is explicitly canceled in accordance with these Terms.
Cancellation Policy (30-Day Notice Required)
• All subscriptions require a 30-day cancellation notice.
• Cancellations may be requested by:
• emailing info@webtreecreative.com, or
• canceling directly through your WooCommerce customer dashboard (if available for your subscription).
• Subscription services and billing will continue during the 30-day notice period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.
Website Ownership (12-Month Minimum)
For website subscription plans that include website design or build services:
• The website remains the property of WebTree Creative until a minimum of 12 months of subscription payments have been completed.
• After 12 months of continuous, on-time payments, ownership of the website may be transferred to the client upon request.
Early Cancellation & Website Buyout
• If a website subscription is canceled before the 12-month minimum, the client does not own the website by default.
• Clients may choose to buy out the website upon early cancellation.
• The buyout amount is equal to the total remaining subscription payments required to complete the 12-month term, minus any payments already made.
• Ownership of the website will be transferred only after the buyout amount has been paid in full.
Scope of Subscription Services
• Subscription services include only what is specifically listed in the service description or plan details.
• Requests outside the defined scope may require additional fees or a separate agreement.
• Third-party licenses, plugins, themes, or tools are not included, unless explicitly stated.
• Elementor Pro is included as part of your subscription for as long as your website is hosted with WebTree Creative. If hosting is canceled, access to Elementor Pro will also end unless the client obtains their own license.
• “Unlimited” services do not mean unlimited development time, custom functionality, or redesigns.
Non-Payment
• Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Accounts with unpaid balances may have services paused until payment is resolved.
• Continued non-payment may result in permanent service termination.
